Question

When should I RSVP by?When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As early as you can! June 6 is the deadline, but earlier is very much appreciated for ease of planning.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! The Woodmark will accommodate food allergies for any of the selected dishes, so please let us know in the RSVP. Prior to the wedding, we will share the hors d'oeuvres and evening desserts so we can all navigate the event in good spirits!

Question

Are you registered? Where? Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence at our celebration means the world to us, and we truly consider it the greatest gift of all! However, if you feel inspired to give a little something, we have created a registry on Zola, which you can find right here on the site.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony? What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive around 4:30 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. To avoid any potential traffic delays given the holiday weekend, please plan extra time for your journey. We kindly ask that you arrive after 4pm (conveniently, the time checkin starts at the Woodmark!) so as not to intrude on the special moments we’ll be capturing with our wedding party before the ceremony. Thank you for understanding, and we can't wait to share this beautiful day with you!

Question

Can I bring a date?Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we truly wish we could throw open our doors to everyone, we have a carefully curated guest list and kindly ask that you stick to the number of guests specified in your invitation. You can reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

Question

Are kids welcome?Are kids welcome?

Answer

Under normal circumstances, we would love for little ones to join us! However, to create a more intimate atmosphere, we are limiting the number of children to those few participating in the wedding party. We hope this allows you to enjoy a relaxing evening with adult beverages. We understand this may be a little tricky for some, and we appreciate your understanding.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception? Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large parking garage on the left side of the Carillon Point roundabout. Follow the signs for Woodmark Hotel parking. You will be able to validate your parking throughout the evening in the venue's library space near the entrance to the venue from the garage.
