Semi-Formal or Dressy Casual! The entire event will be outside on the grass with the reception in a tent so please plan accordingly — there will be no AC / Heat in the tent. The wedding party will be rocking Dr. Marten's so feel free to wear a nice pair of sneakers or flats so we can all tear it up on the dance floor without worrying about aching feet.
When you RSVP through the Zola site, there is a place to state your dietary restrictions. If you have any other concerns, please reach out to Kiersten or Linda at lkps16kmr@gmail.com Our caterer can accommodate any dietary restriction however, the brides will not tolerate picky eaters! Bring a sandwich just in case.
Please see your invitation for the start time of the ceremony. The ceremony and the reception are at the same venue. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to reserve your seat! Do not arrive more than 30 minutes before the ceremony. The first row on each side of the aisle is reserved for the parents of the Brides.
We will be having a short (15 minute) ceremony to sign our marriage license on Thursday, September 2. We will be recording this ceremony for those who cannot attend the physical ceremony and for those who wish to share this moment with the brides. There is a grass parking area outside of the ceremony/reception space. There will be a parking attendant at the entrance of the venue.
Transportation will not be provided. Uber and Lyft run in the entire state of Rhode Island. Please plan accordingly if you want to take advantage of the open bar! Note: Ubers and Lyfts can be scarce in this area - please ride share where possible and begin finding your ride before the event is over - there will be plenty more dancing and drinks at the afterparty!

T. F. Green Airport in Warwick, RI is the closest airport to the venue. You can also fly into Boston Logan Airport which is roughly an hour and a half from the venue. Please note that current COVID travel restrictions are different in Massachusetts and in Boston than they are in Rhode Island.

Providence (north of the venue), Newport (southeast of the venue), and Narragansett are within 30 minutes of the venue. Here you can find restaurants, museums, mansions, and beaches to visit during your trip. Labor Day weekend is a busy time for tourists so please plan ahead.
The mansions in Newport are an excellent place to visit, even to just walk outside! There are also plentiful shopping opportunities in Newport as well as beautiful restaurants. In Providence, there are also fantastic shopping and restaurant opportunities. Check back in March for more specific information on what attractions will be open!
