What airport should I fly into?

Answer

LAX - Located about 1 hour away from the hotel and venue, LAX has the most flight options compared to smaller airports in the area. John Wayne (Santa Ana airport) - Located about 30 min from the hotel and venue. While John Wayne is smaller it can have limited flight options and can be more expensive to book.

What will the weather be like in Southern California in June?

Answer

In a word: Perfect. Temperatures range from mid 60’s (low) to mid 70’s (high). Mornings can be overcast (we call it June gloom), but by afternoon, it burns off and the sun shines through. Evenings can be cool so you might need a light jacket or sweater.

What should I wear?

Answer

Attire is Semi-Formal. Ceremony will be outside in the late afternoon on grassy terrain. Spiked heels are not allowed. Reception will be held inside.

Will there be food at the reception?

Answer

Yes. The Cocktail hour will feature a charcuterie board. Dinner will be a Mexican buffet including chile verde and chicken fajitas.

Is there smoking allowed?

Answer

No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premesis.

Can I bring my own drinks?

Answer

No outside food or drinks are allowed but we are providing beer, wine and bottomless soft drinks. We will have cash bar available for additional drinks.

Should we bring gifts to the wedding?

Answer

We do have a few registries with forwarding addresses, so if you’d like to send us a gift, please use those instead. It would be difficult for us to travel home with gifts. If you can’t send a gift, we’d really appreciate any contribution you can make towards our honeymoon fund. Contributions can be made through Zelle at (559) 908-5905 (Juan Ibarra) or in person at the wedding. Thanks so much!
