This is an adult guestlist, those listed on the invitation are welcome to attend.

Can I stay at a different hotel?

Answer

Absolutely! The shuttle can transport to nearby locations, a suggestion is the Quality Inn and Suites.

What if it rains?

Answer

No problem! We would move the ceremony inside an empty barn. The reception is inside a barn/tent. The tent extends off of the barn and we have side walls for it!

What time should I arrive at the reception after the ceremony?

Answer

No need to wait or go anywhere else! The reception will immediately follow the ceremony at the same location. The ceremony will start at 3:30, please arrive in time to park and find your seat.

Where should I park?

Answer

Parking will be available at the wedding location by utilizing the neighboring grass field as a parking lot. You may also park at the hotel and ride the shuttle bus that will be going between locations.

I did not park in the grass parking lot, how do I travel to the wedding?

Answer

There will be a shuttle bus available to wedding guests for pickup and drop-off at nearby locations.

How do I let the shuttle driver know I am needing to be driven if they are not waiting in the bus or at my location?

What's for dinner?

Answer

Dinner will be catered by Mission BBQ, who will be serving pulled pork, pulled chicken, brisket, salad, baked cheesy potatoes, mac and cheese, cole slaw, creamed corn, corn bread, rolls, and caramel bread pudding. There will be an additional assortment of desserts.

Whenever the party dies down, no set end time.
