For those of you who may not know Chris and I first met at Phu's New Years Eve Party 2008. Though we didn't really become friends until March 2009. Chris was my friend's boyfriend's random friend up until then but thanks impart to Phu and Carissa (the best man and the matron of honor) we kept finding ourselves together. We remained friends as we really got to know each other and then officially starting dating December 4th or 5th ( Depending on which of us you ask) 2009. Fast forward six years and on December 12, 2015 we got engaged which is at this moment the best day of my life. After 9 years together I am still falling in love with him more everyday. I seriously can't wait to have the honor of calling Chris my husband. I know we both can not wait to share our special day with all of our closest friends and family.

As most of you know Linda and I love wine. Over the years we have made a few wines and in 2015 after returning from a trip to the Finger Lakes I began thinking about forever. Your Own Winery, a place we had made wine prior, was the perfect place for me to propose. After designing and getting the ring. I asked Linda to come with me to Your Own Winery under the reuse of a sale too good to pass up. Little did she know that a proposal came with this vintage. Upon arriving we walked in for a wine tasting I had pre-planned with Michele and Paul (the owners of the place) First up was a pinto grigio followed by a Riesling. The next was a special bottle I had prepared, labeled with" Will you marry me?" Linda turns back looking at the bottle with a confused looked. By the time she read the words I was on one knee. Linda turns back to me, tears start to form. I ask,"Will you Marry me?" Linda choking back tears says , "YESSSSS" Lets just say she found the wine that is for her.
