FAQs

Guests will be REQUIRED to get a Covid Test done no later than 5 days before the Wedding day even though they have been vaccinated or not. If you have any questions about the wedding event, feel free to contact our wedding planner Teona at 302-593-2341 or Linda The Bride at 302-781-2112
Question

What should I wear?

Answer

This is a black-tie wedding affair: Suit and ties, cocktail dress, evening gowns, African print.... Dress to impress. Also dress depending of the weather. September is a month with different weather patterns.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar but it will be at a limit. Only drinks chosen by the bride and groom will be served. After the limit is up for the open bar, guests will have to pay for their own drinks. Thanks in advance and Drink Responsibly.

Question

Will there be any Covid restrictions?

Answer

Guests will be REQUIRED to get a Covid Test done no later than 5 days before the Wedding Day, even if guests are fully vaccinated or not. Personalized masks will also be given to guests during the wedding. Let's continue to stay safe.

Question

Are kids allowed to come?

Answer

Kids have to be 10 years old and older. Contact the bride if you have younger kids and can't find a babysitter. Arrangements can be made.

Question

How many people can RSVP?

Answer

1 guest per invitation. Most guests are couple so they probably will be coming as one. There will be a list of guests and their plus one* that will be checked at the venue to make sure everyone is accounted. If your name is not on the list, you will not attend.

Question

When should I RSVP.

Answer

Please RSVY by July 31st. We need an accurate head count for the venue, the bar, the caterer and rehearsal dinner. We have to give our head count on August 1st to the respectful parties in charge of the wedding.

Question

What will be the menu?

Answer

For Cocktail Hour: Shrimp Cocktail, Mini Hamburgers, Cheese and Fruits Main Course: Mac & Cheese, Mashed Potatoes, Attieke with Fried Plantains, Green Beans. Choice of Meats: Fried Chicken and Blackened Salmon. You will be able to choose your meal when you RSVP
