I first met Elizabeth in 2011 through friends. We were at a Halloween party and I asked a friend “who’s that?” He said, “oh that’s Liz! Come on, go say hi!” So I did, we spoke briefly that night, and I liked her! I thought I would see her again in the near future so I hesitated on asking for her number. Boy what a mistake! She moved to San Diego and I didn’t see her again for 3 years! Well, as fate would have it in the end of 2014, a friend of mine asked me if I wanted to hang out for the night and he brought up a familiar name. He said “Liz Bunch” and we’re all going out for a drink.” I didn’t express it at the time but I was pretty excited deep down. We met her at her house, and she said hi, and before she drove us, she asked if one of us could put on her car registration sticker. Being the helpful guy I am, I jump to the task and said “oh here I got it!” She said “just don’t tear it please!” Well of course my helpful guy plan fails and it ripped in half! It was the start of many laughs we’d share together. She would later come to tell me that she was very impressed I jumped to the task and was the first person who took initiative. After seeing Liz, I wasn’t going to let her slip away again. Shortly after we hung out, I asked her for her number, and we went out on a couple dates before I asked her to be my girlfriend. I fell in love with her positive outlook on life and her ability to see beauty in everything. She is beautiful inside and out. When two people find each other and make one another better together as people, it’s something you cherish and fight for! We both complement one another wonderfully. We both have a great sense of humor an ability to laugh at just about anything. I’m ecstatic and can’t wait for this new journey to begin with my soon to be wife, Mrs. Elizabeth Lincoln!
