All bookings can be made through the travel agent, Rhonda. She will send you information on pricing including trip options, and pertinent booking details such as trip insurance and payment plans for whom are interested. There are discounted room rates and air travel; however, if you have airlines points that you would like to use than Rhonda can provide just hotel rates. She's linked with Apple Vacations and has the shuttle to/from the airport included in her pricing along with access to their typical charter flights to Cancun. The resort is kids friendly with designated adult areas (Pools, bars, club, etc), please let Rhonda know if you are planning to take your kids to account for the number of guests.
