The wedding will be on October 14, 2022. It is a Friday! Please add it to your calendars and plan accordingly.
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
Yes! The dress code is Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
We expect the ceremony to begin promptly at 4:45 pm. We suggest you arrive early so you can comfortably park, find your seat, and settle in.
Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church (Newton Ave, Queens, NY church) is a 3-5 minute walk to the Renaissance Event Hall.
Yes! There is complimentary parking available in the church's parking lot. You can leave your car there for both the ceremony AND reception! Please make sure to leave a note on your front windshield with the following message: "Attending Wedding". There is NO parking at the Renaissance Event Hall which is our venue.
Of course! Share your favorite memories, as many as you'd like. Hashtag #ItsTapiaTime. And, please consider sending a copy of all photos you take to us.
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on the Zola RSVP page. When you RSVP, you will see your party and who is included.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family traveling from abroad so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
Yes! We have a hotel recommendations tab on our website.
We are thrilled about our wedding, and we hope you can attend! Because we combined households, we have more than enough stuff. So, instead of a traditional wedding registry, we have decided to establish a honeymoon fund. We can’t wait to head off on our honeymoon, and we’ll be sharing lots of photos of our time.
There is a place to list your food allergy/dietary restriction when you RSVP through this website (see the RSVP tab above). Our caterer will need to know any special request (gluten-free diets, vegetarian, etc.) with advanced notice. Please keep in mind dinner will be served in buffet-style.
Our #1 priority is having our guests avoid unsafe situations. In having an open bar, we ask that you please know your limits. If you are not in a condition to drive, we advise you to take an Uber home. Luckily, you can leave your car overnight at the church parking lot.
The reception will end at 12:00 AM.
For any questions before the day of our wedding, you can call or text us and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
