It all started on a cold and rainy night in Seattle...because all the nights in Seattle are cold and rainy. Lina and Nick were not only coworkers, but also friends. One day in the lunchroom Lina was saying how she was moving out of one place but had a 4 day gap to when she could move in to her new place. Nick, being a chivalrous man and with no ulterior motives, offered up his spare room. Those first three nights they had dinner, shared a bottle of wine or two, and became better friends. On the last night Lina came to the apartment and said "Honey, I'm home!" Nick chuckled. They sat on the couch and watched The Walking Dead when suddenly Lina looked at Nick and said "I just want to kiss you as a friend." Now...Nick being a man of honor never would have crossed that barrier as it goes against his code, but he was no fool either, when he said yes to that kiss he never could have imagined it would lead to yes to forever.
And the rest as they say, is history!
