Just a little back story for those of you who don't know... We met 14 years ago and dated each other for several months casually. Despite having a good connection, we went our separate ways amicably and kept in touch via social media for the next decade. Fast Forward a Decade ---> End of 2017/2018 - Lindsay opened a business and shared it on her Facebook page... she also DMed Lina to invite her to try Float Therapy. Lina being naturally curious and wanting to support a gay-owned/woman-run business jumped at the opportunity to experience something new and support Lindsay. After trying it... you can say Lina was hooked.... (not sure if it was Float Therapy or it was Lindsay.... but it's safe to say it's probably the latter) Lindsay hired Lina as the business marketing & web designer after she made several suggestions on how to update a few things... and the friendship/relationship progressed. There was an instant spark and connection. After a year of dating long distance (Long Island/Upper East Side, NYC) we moved in together on the North Shore of Long Island. It has been a journey of ups and downs, changes in career paths, surviving COVID and the quarantine and we can confidently say that one thing that hasn't changed is our love for one another. We look forward to sharing our special day with you and many more joyous events.
