Getting Around Spetses
Spetses is a little picturesque island ideal for walking around and enjoying the Greek summer. Hotels, bars, and restaurants are within walking distance. You can also rent a scooter or a bike (cars are prohibited). You can visit the beaches around the island with sea taxis or the local bus. Finally, you can move around by taxi or use one of the horse-drawn buggies.

Do you have a few more days to spend before or after the wedding? Here are a few ideas on what to do. In addition to Spetses, we added information about the nearby island of Hydra. In terms of travel, you have quite a few options. You can stop at Hydra on your way to and from Spetses (same ferry), or you can make a one-day trip. If you have time, we totally recommend spending a night in Hydra as well. Click "view" for more information.

Where to Stay?
Spetses is a small island and it doesn’t have many big hotels or resorts. We advise you to book your hotel as soon as you book your flights. There is a large number of Airbnb's as well. If you want to be close to the festivities, check the distance from kaiki beach. We will also arrange transportation from "Dapia" port (which is at the center of the island) to the church and wedding venue.
