Question

Where is the venue?

Answer

The celebration will be held at The Garden Villa at Florida Federation of Garden Clubs located at 1400 S. Denning Drive, Winter Park, FL 32789 - located minutes away from Historic Park Avenue.

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request that everyone respond with an RSVP and dinner selection by Monday, February 2, 2026.

Question

Are there reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

We are grateful to be working with SpringHill Suites by Marriott Winter Park which is located 8 minutes away from the venue by car. Room blocks are available for one or two nights with bookings beginning on Friday, March 13 and ending on Sunday, March 15. Rooms are at a rate of $219 per night. If all current rooms get booked and more need to be made available, that can easily be done! Do not stress! ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE MADE BY THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 19th TO RECEIVE THE GROUP RATE.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal or formal attire are preferred, although we just want everyone to feel and look their best! As a reminder, please refrain from wearing white or ivory.

Where are you registered for wedding gifts?

Answer

In lieu of wedding gifts, we have registered with Zola for a cash honeymoon fund which is available at the "Registry" tab above. There are multiple honeymoon activities we would love to be able to participate in! If you prefer not to contribute to a specific activity but would still like to provide a gift, the "Honeymoon in Kuaui" is meant for any additional generosity.

What is the wedding day itinerary?

Answer

We ask that all guests arrive, at the latest, by 3:30 PM to ensure a stress-free process. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 PM as our venue enforces a strict time frame. Cocktail hour will begin at approximately 4:30 PM with dinner to follow. Per venue rules, all celebrations must conclude by 9 PM.

Can we post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

While we do encourage any personal photography before/after the ceremony, we ask that our ceremony remain camera/cell phone free to ensure our photography team captures every moment. Photos of the prelude, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing - we'd love to see those on socials!

Is there a cash or open bar?

Answer

Our celebration will include an open bar with premium liquors, beer, and wine - non-alcoholic beverages will also be available. If you would like to contribute an additional tip to the lovely venue staff, all would be appreciated!

Will there be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

There will not be a provided shuttle from the hotel to the venue. There is a free parking lot located on property at the venue that provides more than enough space for anyone driving. Ubers & Lyfts are encouraged to ensure a safe and fun night!

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The Garden Villa has both an outdoor garden area and indoor venue space. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner are currently planned for outdoors to enjoy the March weather, with dancing and reception to be held indoors.
