What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM. Please arrive 15-30 minutes early to find your seat. If you are driving, there will be a short walk from your car on the grounds to the gardens.

Is there transportation for hotel guests?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will be available to take guests from the hotel to the venue and back after the reception. Shuttles #1 departs from the hotel at 4:10pm Shuttle #2 departs from the hotel at 4:30pm

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be a parking attendant on site at The Evergreen Museum

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The attire for the wedding will be formal. Men should wear a dark suit, women should wear long dresses. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be in the gardens on grass, so please be mindful of your shoe selection.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We LOVE your kids! However, due to space constraints, this will be an adult-only event. We appreciate your understanding!

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside in the gardens. Dinner and dancing will be indoors.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help with our planning please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline to RSVP is September 18th. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
