What is the location and timeline of the wedding?
Answer
Our ceremony and reception will be held at Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club in Lakewood Ranch, FL, which is just outside of Sarasota. | Friday, May 16, 2025 | | 5:00-5:30 pm - Mingle and allow time to be seated for the ceremony | | 5:30-6:00 pm - Join us for our ceremony as we tie the knot | | 6:00-7:00 pm - Drinks and appetizers will be served during cocktail hour | | 7:00-11:00 pm - Dinner, drinks, cake, and dancing |

When should I RSVP?
Answer
Kindly RSVP at your earliest convenience, with the latest response deadline being April 13th, 2025. To confirm your attendance, please provide the full name of one member of your party. If you’ve been given the option to bring a guest, additional details for your plus-one will be requested. Should you encounter any issues while submitting your RSVP, please don't hesitate to contact Lily at 772-353-1816.

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
Answer
Please make note of any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP so that we have sufficient time to make the necessary accommodations.

Is there a designated side for guests to sit during the ceremony?
Answer
No need to choose sides! Pick a seat, not a side, and enjoy the celebration with us! We want our guests to feel comfortable and united as one big family, so please feel free to sit wherever you'd like during the ceremony.

Will there be a reception or other events following the ceremony?
Answer
Immediately following the ceremony, join us for an hour of cocktails and appetizers on the ballroom balcony. Afterwards, celebrate with us in the grand ballroom for dinner, drinks, cake, and dancing!

Are there accommodations, transportation, and parking nearby?
Answer
Please visit our Travel page for information on nearby accommodations. We recommend taking an Uber to the venue to fully enjoy the open bar. If you prefer to drive, ample complimentary parking will be available at the venue.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Please come in your best cocktail or formal attire - we want to celebrate in style! We ask that you refrain from wearing jeans, t-shirts, and shorts. As the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, please take Florida’s temperatures into consideration when choosing your outfit. Ladies, as the ceremony will take place on a lawn, you may wish to opt for block heels or flats.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please don't hesitate to reach out to Lily if you have any questions.
