When should I RSVP by?

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will depart from the Sofitel promptly at 3:30pm, and will make return trips from Glen Foerd to the Sofitel at 10pm, 11pm, and 12am. Ubers are also widely available in the city.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Welcome dinner: cocktail attire Wedding ceremony and reception: autumnal formal attire. We are kindly requesting floor length gowns and dark suits.

Are the events accessible?

Answer

The Deacon is on the second floor and has no elevator. Glen Foerd is largely on flat ground but the restrooms do require a few steps to access. We don’t think we have any wheelchair users in attendance but if you need more information please reach out.

What time should we arrive?

Answer

Please arrive between 4-4:15pm to get settled and find your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm.
