Guests are permitted at 5:30 PM. Please be seated by 5:50 PM. The ceremony will begin at 6:00 PM.
The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, with indoor access available for food and mingling. Outside, guests can enjoy yard games, drinks, and the dance floor. It will be warm — please stay hydrated and pace yourself throughout the evening.
Formal & Colorful We encourage colorful, formal attire — bright colors, bold patterns, and fun patterns are welcome. Ladies may wear a nice dress of any length, a chic pantsuit, or a suit. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits in the color of your choice. We kindly ask guests to avoid white and cream tones.
The only children attending the wedding will be those included in the wedding party and younger siblings. Thank you for understanding.
Yes! Following the ceremony, guests will enjoy charcuterie and miniature cupcakes during cocktail hour, followed by a taco bar dinner and wedding cake to celebrate the evening. We will provide beer, wine, and water.
Due to our intimate and intentional guest count, we’re only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. If a plus-one has been included, it will be noted on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Yes, parking will be available on-site at the venue. We kindly encourage carpooling when possible to allow for more space and for designated driver purposes.
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony and enjoy the moment with us. You’re welcome to take photos during the reception! Furthermore, there will be a designated opportunity to take professional photos with the bride and groom on the wedding day.

The wedding will follow a relaxed, extended reception style designed to encourage guests to slow down, socialize, and enjoy the evening together. 6:00 PM – Ceremony begins Following the ceremony – Cocktail hour. 7:15 PM – Taco bar dinner service followed by cake cutting. Open reception to follow – Guests are invited to enjoy an assortment of yard games, card games, board games, drinks, dancing, and conversation throughout the evening. 9:30 PM – Final toast with the bride and groom, and the dance floor opens. 11:00 PM – Reception concludes.
