Lily and Jocelyn met in second grade and promptly decided that they would be the best of friends from that point forward! As a chemistry wiz, Jocelyn is pragmatic, sharp-witted, and well-spoken. When Lily and Jocelyn get together, though, they always seem to lose a few brain cells and get up to more than their fair share of trouble. They dream about living in the same city again someday.
Ryan
Best Man
Ryan is the little brother Oean never had, which is to say they haven't killed each other yet. They met as Big & Little at their undergraduate fraternity and have been taking trips, shooting the s**t, and pigging out ever since. A talented designer, project leader, pastry chef, raver, and cultural insider, Ryan is a true friend who wears many hats. And that's not a bald joke!
Hannah

Hannah and Lily were destined to meet, from taking the same adolescent cello lessons to attending the same schools from kindergarten through 12th grade. They have shared so much laughter and so much wisdom together. They've also shared too many Internet jokes and memes over the years. Hannah has endless talent and heart to give to the world through her art and through her personality!
Nick

Frenchie. Felix. Sparkly Goggles Man. Oean has referred to Nicky by many names over the years. Their first mistake was meeting each other before Purdue's Freshman orientation. Their second mistake was living on the same dorm floor. The third and final mistake was eating an entire case of Starbursts and thinking it was a good idea. Many names and many mistakes later, Nicky always stays true to his thoughtful and whimsical self.
Olivia
Bridesmaid
Lily and Olivia's friendship was formed on the heat of the asphalt lot and astroturf field of Bosse High School as they marched together in the band. They tried out together for basically every club that Bosse offered, with extremely mixed results. (We don't talk about the speech team debacle... or the swim team debacle.) To this day, Olivia remains a passionate, creative person and a dear friend.
Connor
Groomsman
Oean and Connor go all the way as neighbors on the same freshman dorm floor. Coffee and study mates through college, they became great friends when they realized they both were living in Washington DC. Dad jokes are afraid of him; Ned Flanders wanted his mustache back (and got it); a good sense of humor with a gift for the culinary, Connor is a bro who always sends good memes.
Amanda
Bridesmaid
As Lily's college roommate all four years, Amanda has seen Lily at her highest highs and her toughest hangovers. Amanda is exceedingly smart and lovably goofy, and she always knows how to have a good time. (This all started with shared hidden cartons of Franzia in their freshman dorm, which Lily first thought was "box twine.") She is an expert at working hard, giving back, and living freely, and she inspires Lily to do the same each day.
Kellie
Groomswoman
Veterans of the Purdue dorms, bars, and coffee shops, Kellie and Oean were the first to turn 21 in the friend group, and thus had the privilege of tearing up the dance floors of Neon Cactus first. If it weren't for her graduating from Indiana University to become a keen and insightful Optometrist, she would've had a faultless record. Humorous, honest, and always full of surprises, there's never a dull moment or spit-take not taken with Kellie around.
Anna

Anna joined Amanda and I in living together by the football stadium beginning in junior year, and that's when the party really got going. The proverbial party, of course..., followed by the casino party and the clown party and the Beer Olympics party. Anna cares so deeply for her own, and has been a lovely source to bounce wedding ideas off of and indulge in retail therapy with. Her own wedding to our fellow IU alum Colin will be shortly after this one!
Yash
Groomsman/Officiant
When Oean and Yash enter a room together, brain cells usually exit. They met in the same undergrad fraternity and through mutual Econ classes, they learned that people really can be that dumb. Yash's talents in technology, music, and cooking are only surpassed by his heart; he's the type of guy to help a granny across the street is what I'm tryna say. Though they both might end up with tattoos.
Tanvi

Lily and Tanvi met through Anna in college and quickly bonded through their awful statistics course, which of course led to late night study sessions and plenty of Taco Bell. Lily is still in shock and awe that Tanvi is one of her friends, because Tanvi is just so immensely cool and accomplished. Her ability to rally is absolutely unmatched, and her energy truly fills a room. You'd better believe that Tanvi will be out there killing it on the dance floor!
Alejandro
Groomsman
A true lad and a big softie, Alejandro is one of the loudest to laugh in the room. Alejandro and Oean met while both attending graduate school at American University. Both having aspirations of working in foreign policy, they realized they could also grab beers, jump in mosh pits, and drive laps around each other in Mario Kart. Often fashionably and not so fashionably late, Alejandro always shows up where it counts.
Shreya

Shreya and Lily crossed paths in college, but it was a year after undergrad when they officially met through Tanvi one Halloween night. Since then, they have perfected their joint dim sum order and watched far too much reality TV. Perhaps the worst instance was when they watched the entire season of Wags to Riches in one day. Shreya is incredibly considerate and warm, although she would be too humble to let you say that to her face!
Vova
Groomsman
Continuing his streak of having good roommate luck, Vova and Oean met when they both moved to DC into the same mold-ridden, overcrowded grad student house. Through many trials and tribulations including oddball roommates, broken fridges, and kitchen fires, they cemented a lasting friendship even after Oean moved out. Not afraid to prove his worth as a Physics PhD and tell you your favorite sci-fi movie was garbage, Vova is an intelligent and generous guy who always keeps it real.
