Love wasn’t the plan, but it became our home.Love wasn’t the plan, but it became our home.

#FromFireplaceToForever

We met when we had both stopped looking—two people who had seen enough of life to be cautious, but enough of hope to keep a pilot light on. What began as easy talk turned into an undeniable connection.   We met at mini golf—not exactly the most romantic setting, but somehow it turned into the start of everything. What began as a fun, casual day quickly became something neither of us expected. From the beginning, it just felt easy. Easy to talk, easy to laugh, and easy to be ourselves. We didn’t have to force anything; we could joke about the smallest things, talk for hours about the future, or just sit quietly without it ever feeling awkward.   Some of our favorite memories aren’t big, extravagant moments. They’re the simple ones—sitting by the fireplace, playing cards, dreaming about where we want to go and what we want to build together. Add in good food, lots of laughter, and planning our next trip, and that’s pretty much us.   Somewhere between the jokes, the late-night conversations, and the shared meals, we realized this wasn’t just fun—it was home. Through the simple act of choosing one another every day, we discovered something beautiful: we were never truly lost. We were just on different roads leading to the same place, each other.   We found a best friend, a partner, and a future all in one. Now, we’re excited to keep doing what we do best—talking, laughing, traveling, and dreaming—just this time as husband and wife.
