What's the scoop on hotel reservations?

Answer

We've secured a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton at Phillips Place. 6700 Phillips Place Court. 704-319-5700 Hennes/Ross rooms will be held until April 14. The rehearsal dinner/welcome party Saturday night at 6:30pm is (conveniently) just a casual stroll from the hotel.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We have decided to invite only children of family to the wedding. (If their names are included on the wedding invitation, they're in!) We hope our wedding is a night off for the rest of you! So it would be best to have a babysitter that night (or park them in front of the TV - we won't tell!)

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy pantsuits, suits and ties for the guys, but make sure you can dance! (Like it's your job)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your date's name is included on the wedding invitation envelope then yes! If not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What will the weather be like in Charlotte in May?

Answer

Of course, it's North Carolina in the spring. The weather could be lovely, rainy or "hot as the dickens". So keep an eye on weather.com. Most events will be outside or under a tent, so plan on it being warm.

There is limited parking, so please try to carpool or Uber wherever possible!
