FAQs

Question

When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

The sooner, the better! Please RSVP as soon as you know whether you’ll be able to celebrate with us. We would especially appreciate an early response if you are unable to attend. Kindly send your response by June 14th. If you find you can no longer attend after submitting your RSVP, please let us know!

Question

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 4:00 and 4:15 PM so you have time to park, find your seat, and settle in comfortably. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, and we can’t wait to share this special moment with you! Traffic near the beach can increase during the summer, so we recommend allowing a little extra travel time just in case.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire! We’d love to see our friends and family get fancy with us. Think polished and leaning towards formal, with suits or tailored separates for some, and floor-length or midi dresses for others. We just ask that jeans and sneakers stay at home so everyone can celebrate in style!

Question

Are photos allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

No photos or videos during the ceremony, please! We want everyone to be fully present and soak in the magic of the moment together. Our professional photographer will capture every detail, and we’ll share the best shots with you soon after. Feel free to snap photos before the ceremony and throughout cocktail hour, the reception, dancing, and all the fun after we’re officially married!

Question

Is the ceremony outdoors?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be hosting both the ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors, so please plan your attire with that in mind.

Question

Where will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be held?

Answer

All of the celebration will take place at the same location! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all on-site, so you can enjoy the day without needing to travel between venues.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Dancing will occur, therefore an open bar is required.

Question

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

Yes - for more information and to book your reservation through our reserved block, please click "Travel" section of the website.

Question

How do we recommend guests get from the Casablanca Inn to the venue?

Answer

We recommend walking! It’s just a 3–4 minute stroll along flat, wide sidewalks, easy even in heels or dress shoes with no major streets to cross. And best of all, you can enjoy the open bar worry-free!

Question

Where should I park for the wedding?

Answer

Convenient parking is available in the large public lot directly across the street from Casino San Clemente. Cost: $1.50 per hour (enforced from 9:00 AM–10:00 PM). Helpful tip: As this is a popular beach-area lot, we recommend arriving about 30 minutes early (by 4:00 PM for our 4:30 PM ceremony). This allows plenty of time to park, settle in, and enjoy the start of the celebration stress-free.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

Your presence truly means the world to us and is more than enough. For those who wish to give a gift, we’ve included a registry tab on our website with a small collection of thoughtfully chosen items. We’re also dreaming of a memorable honeymoon, and contributions toward that adventure are a lovely way to help us celebrate.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We kindly request that only guests named on your invitation attend. Due to venue capacity, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
