What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 6:00 p.m. We recommend guests arrive at least 15 minutes early to get settled and enjoy refreshments and music before the proceedings. For those driving, there is ample parking available at the venue as well. If you're staying at one of our provided hotel blocks, shuttles will pick up guests from 4:45 to 4:55 p.m.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

We’ve arranged shuttle services to and from the wedding venue for all guests staying at our provided hotel blocks. The shuttles will pick up from The Draftsman and The Omni at 4:45 p.m. The shuttles will pick up from Home2Suites and Residence Inn at 4:55 p.m. Return shuttles to the hotels for early departure start at 10:00 p.m., with the final shuttle leaving Pippin Hill at 12:00 p.m. Please be ready at your designated pick-up spot to ensure a smooth ride!

What is the best airport to fly into?

Answer

The closest airport is Charlottesville-Albemarle Airport (CHO), which is about 30 minutes from the venue.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal. Ladies, wear what makes you feel beautiful and comfortable—floor-length or midi dresses are ideal, but avoid anything too short or revealing, please! Gentlemen, suits or sport coats are recommended; we kindly ask that jeans be left out of your attire. The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. Since it’s October, we recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl for the evening

Can I bring a guest?

Your invitation will let you know if you’re able to bring a guest. If your invitation includes a “plus-one,” feel free to bring someone special! If not, we ask that you RSVP for yourself only, but don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by August 16th, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand!
