Our love story
Lily and Devin met on Hinge in February 2020 and chose Valentine’s Day for their first date — “no pressure, we’re both still single.” When Lily arrived, Devin greeted her with flowers and chocolates, a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for their story.
What was meant to be a casual evening turned into a 28-hour first date, and from that moment, they knew something special had begun. One day into dating, as the world shut down, Lily moved in with Devin and his two cats. Soon after, Milo joined their little family, and their home became a place of love and laughter.
Within months, they experienced the loss of both Devin’s mother, Jennifer, and Lily’s father, Aaron, amid a global pandemic. Through every stage of life — joy and loss, adventure and stillness — their love only grew stronger.
Five years later, on February 14th, 2025, Devin proposed — surrounded by roses, candlelight, and their pets.
The answer was, and will always be, yes.🤍
