3:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Cocktail Attire: Comfortable, polished, and celebration-ready. Suits, cocktail dresses, sundresses, dressy tops, and slacks are all great. No need for tuxedos or gowns - just dress up a little and feel good doing it!
Is it a wedding reception? A big party? A reason to gather all our favorite people in one place? Yes to all of the above! We’ll bring the food, drinks, music, and lake views. You bring the laughs, great stories, and your best dance moves. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Wondering what we'll be doing? Here is the plan! 3:00 – 3:30 PM → Guests arrive (fashionably late is fine, but don’t miss the drinks). 3:30 – 4:30 PM → Cocktail hour + photos (smile, you might get roped into one). 4:30 – 5:00 PM → Find your seat, grab another drink, pretend you’re hungry. 5:00 – 6:00 PM → Dinner is served (finally). 6:00 – 6:30 PM → Golden Hour photos (a.k.a. the “Instagram lighting” session). 6:30 – 7:00 PM → First dance + games (cheer, laugh, and maybe join in). 7:00 – 7:30 PM → Cake cutting (your cue for dessert). 7:30 – 8:00 PM → Mingling (catch up, gossip, or hit the bar again).
8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
We know—your hotel might be an hour away, and yes, we did pick a spot in the middle of nowhere (sorry, but look at that view!). But if you're up for staying late, we’ll have more cake, more drinks, and maybe even a cigar or two on the balcony. Let’s keep the celebration going! 8:00 – 10:00 PM → After Party (louder music, questionable dance moves). 10:00 – 12:00 AM → Help the couple clean up… or just keep the party going until we all collapse.
