Shuttle

Elite Shuttle Services

December 11, 2026 3:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Due to the location of our venue, there is not available guest parking nearby. Therefore, we will have multiple shuttles running throughout the evening to transport guests up and down the mountain. Shuttle service will begin at 3PM on wedding day, and be available until after send off at 10:30PM. If you choose one of the listed accommodations, you are eligible for Door to Door Shuttle Service. Otherwise, please meet at 509 Mill Creek Rd. Pigeon Forge TN at your designated arrival time to be shuttled up the mountain. You are welcome to drive and park there, or Uber to this location.

Parkside Resort - Accommodations by Parkside

Located about 4 minutes away from The Magnolia, this resort is a great option for any size group lodging. They have 2-bedroom cabins, up to 12-bedroom cabins and everything in between. They are also in their own resort with amenities available for all of their guests. These accommodations are eligible for shuttle pick up.

Hearthside Cabin Rentals

Thunder Mountain Cabins are an available option as well, ranging from 3-6 bedroom cabins. This community is located within 10 minutes of the venue. These accommodations are eligible for shuttle pick up.
