We have reserved blocks at 3 downtown Richmond hotels. Instructions for reserving rooms are listed below. As an alternative, we suggest looking into AirBnb, VRBO or considering one of the adorable Bed & Breakfasts in the downtown, Fan, Museum District, or Scott’s Addition areas.

Travel Information

For our international friends, you could also fly into D.C.'s Dulles International Airport (IAD) and either rent a car or train down to Richmond. This website lists the rental car companies available at IAD Airport as well as their direct numbers.

Flight

Richmond International Airport

Richmond International Airport is a small but efficient airport with direct flights from most major cities. RIC is a short 20 minute drive to our hotel options. We recommend booking well in advance given the small size of the airport.

Train

Amtrak (RVR)

Amtrak is a great option for our Washington, DC and New York City friends. Book a train into Richmond’s Staples Mill Station (RVR); then, take an Uber or taxi only 15 minutes to reach your hotel.

Shuttle

Wedding Day Transportation

September 6, 2025 12:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Bus transportation (optional) will be provided for the ceremony & cocktails/reception: Shuttles will depart The Graduate Hotel, The Jefferson Hotel and The Delta Hotel at 12:30pm for Grace & Holy Trinity. Please arrive in your hotel lobby no later than 12:20pm. Shuttles will return to all 3 hotels after the ceremony ends at 2pm. Shuttles will depart The Graduate Hotel, The Jefferson Hotel and The Delta Hotel at 4:15pm for The Estate at River Run. Please arrive in your hotel lobby no later than 4:05pm. Shuttles will return to all 3 hotels after the reception ends at 10:00pm and then head to Tobacco Company. There will also be a shuttle departing from the parking lot of the Greek church at 30 Malvern Ave at 4:20pm for The Estate at River Run. Please arrive no later than 4:10pm. This shuttle will return to 30 Malvern Ave after the reception ends at 10:00pm and then head to Tobacco Company. There will be parking available at Grace & Holy and the Estate at River Run if you wish to drive.
