ANC (Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport)

During the summer months, there are many direct flights in/out of Anchorage. The most common layovers may be through SEA (Seattle-Tacoma Airport) at 3.5 hours or MSP (Minneapolis-Saint Paul Airport) at 5.5 hours. Keep in mind that many outbound flights from ANC may be leaving in the middle of the night (11:00pm - 1:00am), so be sure to pay attention to flight dates when searching!

House Or Rental

Wasilla

Finding an Airbnb in Wasilla, Palmer, or Eagle River will be the most ideal if you would like to be closer to the venue for wedding day! If you want to spend your free time outside of wedding day exploring and experiencing a local vibe, you may also want to check out South Anchorage or Girdwood for an Airbnb! Since most people want to experience a more "Alaskan" trip, we have decided to not get hotel blocks. Let us know if you need any recommendations for where to stay!

Getting Around

We do recommend getting a rental car, especially if you want the freedom to explore as you please! With that being said, the area is Uber-friendly and is possible to get through a quick trip only using ride-shares.
