Flight
Reno-Tahoe is the easiest airport to fly in to! It is about a 45 minute drive from the airport to South Lake Tahoe and there are typically Uber's available in the area. Sacramento Airport is second closest and a 1 hour 45 min drive to South Lake Tahoe.

Travel Note
Shuttle Prices from Reno-Tahoe Airport to South Lake Tahoe: One Way Adult: $32.75 Children: $19.75 Round Trip Adult: $59.50 Children: $35.58 -If you are planning to take a shuttle from Reno-Tahoe airport to South Lake Tahoe it is encouraged to book online ahead of time due to high call volumes. -South Lake Tahoe Shuttle Drop Off Locations: Edgewood Lodge, Hardrock, Harrahs, Harvey's, Lakeside, LTRH, Bally's. If you are staying at the Marriott Timber Lodge, Harvey's is the closest drop off location to Heavenly Village. The Marriott Timber Lodge is a 3-5 minute drive from Harvey's or a 10-15 minute walk. -Check in to shuttle desk at Door B at the airport when you arrive. -If you land extremely late to the airport there is no late night shuttles. The earliest shuttle is 10:30am. -It is recommended that you rent a car if you are staying anywhere other than Heavenly Village.

Northstar Shuttles will be picking up all guests in the parking lot NEXT TO the Marriott Timber Lodge located in Heavenly Village. The pick up parking lot is called the Stateline Transit Center. This lot is also beside the Explore Tahoe Visitor Center and it is walkable from the hotel. All shuttles will be departing at 3pm. Overnight Parking: There is a large Heavenly Village Parking Garage where you can park overnight if you choose to drive to Heavenly Village from elsewhere ($25/day) and get shuttled to the venue. There will be NO OVERNIGHT PARKING at the venue. You are able to park outside of the venue gates overnight, but there are limited parking spots available. If you drive to the venue and would like to park inside the gates during wedding event hours, pull up to the green gate and a gate attendant will open it for you. All shuttles will depart from venue beginning at 10pm. The shuttles will return to the parking lot where pick up is.
