The welcome party will be in the breakfast room of the hotel. All are welcome!
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, jackets and slacks, or suits.
Shuttle service will be provided from the hotel to the venue. Shuttles will depart the hotel at 4pm. Returning shuttles will depart the venue at 10pm and 11pm. All wedding events will be held at the Mt. Defiance Cider Barn. Weather permitting, the Wedding Ceremony will be held outside in a wooded area. Please note, heels may sink into the grass. If rain should occur, the ceremony will be held inside of the barn.
5:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Our Cocktail Hour will immediately follow our ceremony on the venue's covered patios. Please enjoy light hors d'oeuvres and beverages while the family and wedding party take pictures. Then, join us for the reception inside the barn.
10:00 am - 12:30 pm
Meet us on your way out of town for bagels and coffee. All are welcome, no RSVP required.
