How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, simply scan the QR code on your invitation and follow the instructions to confirm your attendance. It’s quick and easy! If you have any trouble, feel free to reach out to us. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by May 15, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you.)

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify the couple as soon as you are aware.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends!

Can I share pictures of your big day on social media?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not share any photos on social media of our wedding until either Lilyana or Caleb has had the chance to do so first.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "Unplugged Ceremony" no phones, cameras, or recordings please. We kindly ask that all devices remain put away until the reception. The greatest gift you can give us is your full presence in this moment. We have hired professionals to capture our ceremony, and we will gladly share those photos with you. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like. Thank you for respecting our wishes.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. We know summer can be warm, but don’t worry, there will be plenty of shade to keep everyone comfortable!

Where should we stay?

Answer

Our venue is located in Oakley, CA. Instead of a hotel block, we’ve decided to give our guests the flexibility to choose accommodations that best suit their needs. Some nearby options include Best Western Plus Delta Inn & Suites and Hampton Inn Brentwood.

Is this a kid friendly wedding?

Answer

To allow all guests to enjoy a fun and relaxed evening, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day! Our dress code is cocktail attire. Feel free to wear midi or floor-length dresses, slacks with a button-down shirt and tie, or any dressy ensemble that makes you feel great. Please avoid jeans, sneakers, and, of course, no white.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invite and we ask that you arrive and be in your seat NO LATER THAN 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. You are welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking, signing the guest book, and finding your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, we kindly ask that you wait until cocktail hour to be seated, as no entry will be allowed during the ceremony.

What if I am running late?

Our wedding will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Unfortunately if you are not seated by then, you will miss the ceremony.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Our venue provides a spacious parking lot just outside, ensuring easy access for all guests. With plenty of spaces available, you won’t have to worry about finding a spot!

Can guests smoke or vape at the venue?

Answer

Our venue does not allow any kind of smoking or vaping, both indoors and outdoors. This is a strict rule from the venue, and they charge a fee for every instance of smoking or vaping that occurs on the property. To avoid being charged, we kindly ask all guests to respect this policy. If the venue issues a fee, we’ll have to pass it on to the guest responsible. We really appreciate everyone’s cooperation in keeping things smooth and stress-free for the day.
