While we would love to welcome everyone to our wedding celebration, we are disappointed that local restrictions related to Covid-19 necessitate that we limit the number of attendees. Sadly, we will be sending invitation cancellation notices shortly. If you receive one, please do not interpret our choice as anything but practical. It is not indicative of the genuine love and affection for each of our invited guests. We hope that we can celebrate together privately at a later date.
Jamie and Samantha met in 2010 during their senior year of college at NC State. They both took a step aerobics class with mutual friends as a PE elective. The class may have been frivolous, but it offered Jamie and Sam an opportunity to get to know one another and laugh together. They’ll always have Ms. Peggy and the Pack to thank for the beginning of a beautiful relationship.
On March 18, 2019 Jamie and Sam boated off the coast of Amelia Island to Cumberland Island, GA. They spent the day walking nature trails and the historic Dungeness Ruins, a mansion previously owned by the Carnegie family. At the end of their journey Jamie proposed on the historic main road under a canopy of Oak trees alongside wild horses.
