The ceremony and reception will be held at The Jindivick Hall - 1065 Jacksons Track, Jindivick. For venue information, including parking, please see the image above.
Please arrive by 12:00 PM so you have time to park, settle in and enjoy a drink before the ceremony begins at 12:30 PM sharp.
Garden Party. Think bold, beautiful, colours, patterns and textures - after all, it’s the people who make the day special, so dress like the gift you are. Dust off that funky shirt and suit jacket, pull out that dress that you always want to wear but feel it could be too much - we want you to bring all the colour and pzazz (but in a comfortable way). The lawn will be soft so please no stilettos. You can find some style inspo here - https://pin.it/5CLFBdeQq Please bring a hat and wear shoes suited to uneven lawns. Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors with some shelter provided – pack a hat, a jacket, or both, just in case the weather surprises us.
Your presence at our wedding is more than enough. If you’d like to give a gift, we’ve put together a small David Jones registry for those who find it helpful—but it’s completely optional. You’re also welcome to contribute to part of a gift via a David Jones Gift Card (with a note on what it’s for) through the registry, or give something not on the registry at all.
Yes! There’s free parking the venue. PTV is limited so for those not wishing to drive, Drouin train station is 15 minutes away via taxi to/from Jindivick. https://bawbawtaxis.com.au/ https://www.drouintaxis.com/ https://www.warraguldrouincabs.com.au/ https://www.warraguldrouintaxis.com/
Jindivick is a 1.5hr drive from Melbourne. If you would like to enjoy the weekend in magnificent Gippsland there are lovely local stays in Warragul, Drouin, and Neerim South.
Yes, we would love your little one(s) to join the celebrations. For catering purposes please select their names also when RSVP'ing.
Although we hope to be blessed with a beautiful day, unfortunately we can't control the weather. Both the ceremony and reception have contingencies and will go ahead no matter the weather. We recommend bringing a hat and sunglasses, as well as something to keep you warm in case it cools down.
