Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Yes, please RSVP by 09/30/2025 so we can plan accordingly. Each guest’s seat is being reserved in advance, so we kindly ask for serious RSVPs only.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

We’ll miss you! Please RSVP “No” as soon as possible so we can update our guest count.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 11:00 AM to allow time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the ceremony begins promptly at 11:30 AM.

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress code is semi-formal, cocktail. Please keep in mind that it’s a daytime ceremony, so light, comfortable, and elegant attire is perfect.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We kindly ask that only guests named on the invitation attend. Due to limited space and planning, we’re unable to accommodate additional plus ones.

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Both will be held at Galuppi’s! The ceremony and reception are at the same location, no travel required!

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking available at the venue. Galuppis’s has a large parking lots, so there should be plenty of parking space. We recommend still arriving early.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have a 3 hour open bar during the reception with a selection of premium beer, wine, signature cocktails, etc.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask that phones and cameras be put away during that time. Don’t worry, we’ll have professional photos to share!

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors as well as the reception. Don’t worry! December tends to be Florida’s cooler month. There is plenty of shade and fans with a beautiful view!
