We recommend arriving at the venue around 5/515 to leave time to grab a drink and pick a seat. Atlanta is famous for having terrible traffic, so give yourself 30 minutes or more to get anywhere! During rush hour it has taken 40 minutes to drive 6 miles, and no, that is not a joke!
Atlanta is a massive city with Ubers galore! We recommend using Uber or other ride share apps to maneuver the city. You can rent a car if you’re feeling brave, but the highway is also referred to the “Atlanta motor speedway” for a reason.
We apologize, but we are keeping our wedding as an adults-only event - only children 18 and older will be included.
Make sure to bring your outfit for the ceremony and some casual warm weather clothes. Atlanta at the end of September typically hangs around 80 degrees. If you choose to stay at a hotel make sure to pack that swim suit! And if you’re sticking around on Saturday, be sure to bring something comfortable to come by the house for brunch.
Wedding: cocktail, it is an outdoor wedding, plan for about 75-80 degree weather. Short dresses or even jumpsuits are completely fine! The tent where the reception takes place will be air conditioned (thankfully). Brunch: comfy and casual! It will be at our home, breakfast bites and hanging out around the house.
