Is there parking available?

Answer

Free parking! Parking is available along the side and in front of the Degenstein Campus Center in the main faculty parking lot. We have accessible parking spaces reserved for those who will need to park closer. Parking areas are circled in red above to help you navigate. You are allowed to park in the faculty parking for our wedding! In case you don’t find a spot, there is a large lot for overflow parking (circled in purple) across the road (W College Cir) from the Degenstein Center.

Are children allowed?

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that you please DO NOT bring your children. We have chosen to make our special day adults only with the exception of children in the bridal party and close family members. Parents, we want you to take the night off, have fun, and relax as you celebrate with us.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

We recommend you arrive at 3:30 p.m. to get settled in before the proceedings start at 4 p.m.

Where will the ceremony, cocktail hour, & reception take place?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors in the Degenstein lawn between the Degenstein Campus Center and the Cunningham Center for Music & Art. The cocktail hour will be indoors in the Degenstein Campus Center in the foyer of the Evert Dining Room. The reception will be held in the Evert Dining Room.

What will happen in case of rain?

Answer

They say rain on your wedding day is good luck! Weather permitting, we can have our ceremony outdoors as planned. If it rains, we have a back up plan! We will move indoors into the Stretansky Concert Hall in Cunningham Center, home to the university’s performance space.
