We’ve been told that the hotel will join your separate reservations so you shouldn’t have to check out and back in.

For our guests traveling from further away, CID is the closest airport to fly into. If staying in the room block, the hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle. Please work directly with the hotel to arrange this.
