Hotel
We have 24 rooms available at this hotel this is where we will be staying, if they run out we will add more at another nearby hotel! Our Block name is Lennert Flechsig If you would like to extend your days to include Saturday you have to add that onto the booking but it will still be at the group rate.
Shuttle

A shuttle will be running from 1:30-3:30pm from the hotel to the venue. The shuttle starts back up again from 7PM-Midnight to take people back to the hotel! So even if you don't stay at the hotel you can park there to get picked up for free parking.
