We prefer you to RSVP online via our wedding website however, you can mail in the RSVP card sent with your invitation if needed.

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?

The wedding will take place at The Willow Tree. 1900 OH 571 Tipp City, OH 45371. Reception will follow at the same venue. There is handicap parking if needed, our traffic attendant will direct you.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors under the large willow tree. The reception to follow is in an open barn near the back of the property. If weather does not cooperate, the ceremony will be moved to the barn where wind blocking screens will come down.

What's the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Our dress code is dressy casual. We ask that you wear something resembling your "Sunday Best". No ball gowns or tuxedos necessary!

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

We love your little ones but this party is for grown-ups only. Please no children under the age of 18. All guest will be named on their invitation.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Barbeque.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception. This will include beer, flavored waters and a few predetermined cocktails. No shots will be served. The bartender will have a tip jar for cash tips and a venmo QR code for virtual tips.

Where should we bring/send our gift to?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 3787 Marion Drive, Enon, OH 45323. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

The doors to the venue will open at 3:30 pm, one hour ahead of our ceremony time. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 15-30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to find your seat!

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

The wedding will be over promptly at 10:30pm. We ask that all guests are gone from the venue by 11:00 pm. The wedding party plans to visit Tony's Bada Bing for a few drinks after the reception and we would love for you to come join us!

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

A 60-minute cocktail hour will take place in the barn between the ceremony and reception where you can enjoy beverages and popcorn.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during this time. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. Photos during the reception are encouraged! There will be QR posted to share your photos with us!
