Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We ask that you RSVP by June 1st, so we can get a firm final guest count. If you don’t RSVP by June 1st, we will assume you are unable to join us.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony is at 4pm on Friday, August 21st. A good timeframe for arrival is 3pm-3:30pm. The ceremony and reception are both at Vennebu Hill.

What’s the timeline for the day?
Answer
4:00-4:30 PM: Ceremony 4:30-5:30 PM: Cocktail Hour 5:30-11:00 PM: Reception Our celebration concludes at 11:00 PM, and guests are kindly asked to depart the venue by this time.

Is transportation available to/from the venue?

Are kids welcome?
Answer
No - While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax and enjoy the evening with us! Thanks for your understanding.

Yes, although we are having a child-free wedding, we would love to celebrate with your little ones at the welcome party!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting - the ceremony will be held outdoors at Vennebu Hill, with the reception to follow indoors.

Are hotel blocks available?
Answer
While we do not have any room blocks reserved, we have discounted hotel rates available to our guests via the ‘Accommodations’ tab.

Where is the closest airport
Answer
The two major airports near Baraboo are Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport (218 miles) and Chicago O'Hare International Airport (179 miles). There are also regional airports in Madison - Dane County Regional Airport (50 miles), Eau Claire - Chippewa Valley Regional Airport (131 miles) and Wausau - Central Wisconsin Airport (102 miles).

What should I do if I can’t attend?
Answer
We completely understand that life gets busy. If you’re unable to attend our celebration, please RSVP “No” through our website. If you’ve already responded “Yes” but can no longer make it, we kindly ask that you update your RSVP status accordingly.
