Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Hyatt Place in East Moline, IL. The hotel is conveniently located right next to The Bend Event Center. To make reservations, please click on the "travel" tab above. Reservations must be made by May 17th.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

While there is not transportation to and from the hotel for the ceremony, the reception venue is conveniently located right next to the hotel where we have a block of rooms reserved. If you are staying at the hotel, you will conveniently be able to walk from your room to the reception and back. Please note that the ceremony is taking place in Milan, IL, at Saint Ambrose Catholic Church and the reception is taking place in East Moline, IL, at the Bend Event Center.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

If you have a food allergy, please reach out to Lily directly via text (309-716-5799)! We will do everything we can to accommodate for you. :-)

What should I do between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

During this time, feel free to stop at one of our favorite local bars for drinks and snacks or freshen up and relax in your hotel room. Some of our favorite local pubs can be found above by clicking on the "things to do" tab. Cocktail hour will begin at 5 pm.
