Yes! Please dress in formal attire. The theme is “garden party,” so spring colors are preferred. The bridesmaids will be wearing dusty rose, so please refrain from wearing that color as it is reserved for the bridal party. Sport coats/blazers are not required since it will be 70-80 degrees. Plus ones are not welcome unless they were approved beforehand by the bride or groom. We will only be purchasing a select amount of seats and servings of food for dinner, so please do not bring any extra guests without asking. RSVPs are due 6 weeks in advance, so depending on how many we get, we may have extra seats for plus ones, so please ask us. It will be first come first serve.
We are not expecting any gifts. However, if you’d like to contribute, we have a cash fund under the “registry” page where you can donate towards our honeymoon. We have also added various household items. Thank you!
Unfortunately any children under the age of 13 are not welcome. This event will be serving alcohol and will not be an appropriate environment for young children.
Of course! Please reach out to the bride or the groom regarding any food allergies and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Yes! The venue has a huge parking lot that can hold up to 100 cars. We will have a shuttle taking guests from the parking lot to the vineyard from 3:30-4:30pm.
Dinner will be a taco bar with 3 meat options (chicken, carne asada, and ground beef) as well as cheese enchiladas for those who are vegetarian. Additionally there will be rice, beans, salad, fruit, chips, salsa, and guacamole. For cocktail hour, there will be cheese, crackers, bread, fruit, and hummus.
If you have severe allergies or food preferences feel free to bring your own food and let the wedding coordinator, Stacy, know so she can refrigerate it for you. However, outside alcohol is NOT allowed and guests are not allowed to drink in their vehicles or in the parking lot. It is against the venue’s rules and they will have someone monitoring. We will provide drinks and alcoholic beverages.
It is entirely up to you whether you want to bring cash to tip the bartender or servers. Everything has already been paid for, but I’m sure they would appreciate an additional tip.
