While we love and cherish our younger family and friends, our reception will be an adult-focused day and evening to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
The ceremony and reception are on the same property! Our wedding ceremony will take place under a beautiful willow tree, in an adjacent grassy area. Our reception will be located in a climate-controlled tent, connected by walkways to a historic farmhouse.
A shuttle will be provided for guests staying at the Courtyard Scott's Addition! There will be one shuttle leaving the hotel at 3:15 p.m. (time to be confirmed). Two shuttles will be provided for guests returning to the hotel from the venue at 8:15 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. (time to be confirmed). For guests not staying in our hotel block at the Courtyard Scott's Addition, we recommend driving or ride-sharing (Uber/Lyft) if needed. The venue is a 20-minute drive from downtown Richmond.
