Can I Bring a Plus One?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we’ve only been able to extend plus ones to a select group of guests. If your invitation includes a plus one, we look forward to celebrating with you and your guest!

Are children allowed?

Answer

While we love all of our little ones, the wedding is an adults-only event, unless otherwise noted on invitations. We appreciate your understanding!

What time should i arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 20-30 minutes before the scheduled start time. This allows you time to find parking, get settled, and be ready when the ceremony begins.

where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at Rustic Pines, located at 63 Kelly Rd, Plattsburgh, NY 12901. There is lots of on-site parking available to accommodate our guests.

What should i wear?

Answer

The dress code is Semi-Formal. We recommend dressing comfortably but appropriately for a celebration. Please note, the wedding will be both indoor and outdoor, so keep that in mind when selecting your attire. Due to time of year, weather can fluctuate, average temperature is 66°F/45°F

will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Yes! After the ceremony, please join us for a delightful cocktail hour to enjoy drinks and light bites before the main event. Following the cocktail hour, we’ll be serving a catered BBQ dinner, complete with all your favorites. We can’t wait to share this delicious meal with you! There will also be a semi-open bar offering a selection of drinks for you to enjoy throughout the evening. Drinks included in the open bar are beer, wine, seltzers, and our signature drinks. Other mixed drinks and shots will still be available for purchase.

Can i take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you leave photography to our official photographer during the ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present. You’ll have plenty of time to take photos during the reception!

can i rsvp online?

Answer

Yes! Please RSVP no later than March 21st on our website to help us with our final headcount and arrangements. If you have any trouble with the RSVP process, feel free to reach out to us!

What should i do if i have special needs or requests?

If you have any special requirements, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements to ensure you’re comfortable during the celebration.
