A fun place to see live music. They go by a donation policy.
Hedgehog Mountain
A nice little hike. We went in the snow with Sheena a couple months after we had met.
Fort Williams Park
Lovely walk by the water and Portland Head Lighthouse.
Scarborough Marsh Audubon Center
We rented a canoe there once and saw lots of wildlife. I would think it will still be in season, but you might want to call and check.
Cumberland Fairgrounds
The Cumberland Fair will be going on Sept 22-28.
Casco Bay Lines Ferry Terminal
There are several options for trips you can do. Peaks Island is probably the most popular. It's nice to get out on the water on one of the Casco Bay ferries.
Bug Light Park
Just about the cutest lighthouse you'll ever see!

Maine seafood on the waterfront; it's kind of a must.

Our favorite pub in our old neighborhood. Underground with candles.
Empire Chinese Kitchen
So tasty. The dumplings and other smaller plates are the best there. The Dragon Milk is my favorite cocktail anywhere ever.

Our go-to for a nice hike.
