Are there weekend events?

What is the attire?

Answer

Summer formal; ladies are encouraged to wear formal floor-length gowns, and gentlemen should wear a tuxedo or a dark suit (no khakis or jeans). Guests will be walking a short distance from the shuttle drop-off site to the ceremony. Please plan accordingly! If you have any concerns or would appreciate assistance getting to the ceremony site, don't hesitate to get in touch with us in advance so we can make arrangements for you.

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, followed by an indoor dinner and reception. Vail weather can be unpredictable, but we’ll be prepared with umbrellas or a move to the covered patio to keep everyone comfortable!

Is their parking at the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is no parking available at the venue. A shuttle bus will be provided from The Sebastian Hotel for guests. More details regarding pick-up and drop-off times will be shared closer to the wedding.

Can I bring a plus one?

We can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. We hope you understand our decision!
