A toast to forever!

You could say their story started at Penn State… Although if you ask Matt, he’ll insist it actually began years earlier when he followed Lily on Instagram in high school (she, notably, did not follow back). Fast forward a few years to what Lily thought would be a “laid-back” weekend visiting her childhood friend at Penn State. One thing led to another, and she somehow ended up in the basement of a fraternity house. Not exactly the itinerary she has in mind--but fate has a sense or humor. While there, she spotted a cute boy across the room. That boy was Matt. Before long, Lily and her friends were laughing, dancing, and hanging out with Matt and his friends like they'd all known each other for years. By the end of the night, that instand connection turned into sparks--and the rest is history. Seven years later, that same spark is still going strong. From surviving years of long-distance (including a full cross-country stretch while Matt was in California), to moving into their first apartment together in Harrisburg, to now living in Boston, they've shared countless adventures, inside jokes, endless laughs, and memories to last a lifetime. We’re so grateful for how far we’ve come—and even more excited to celebrate the next chapter surrounded by all our favorite people.
