Situated approximately 20 minutes outside of Moab, true to its name, Canyonlands has stunning views of sweeping canyons as far as the eye can see. The views are absolutely breathtaking. You can access the park by car and you will likely want to drive from viewpoint to viewpoint, as the park spans a large area and the views change significantly. This park requires very little walking to enjoy the sights, if that's not your thing. If being active is your thing, there are many, many trails and bike routes throughout Canyonlands.
Arches is very close to Red Cliffs Lodge, being within a 5-10 minute drive. You can access the park by foot or car, but we suggest avoiding the hours of 11am-1pm if visiting by car. The lines can be very long then. Arches is otherworldly and exceptionally beautiful. There is an immense amount to see by car, but an absolutely endless landscape to discover on foot. There are limitless trails and such a wonderous variety of scenery throughout this amazing park.

If you drive too quickly, you could miss it! As the name suggests, these petroglyphs are right off a main road in Moab, next to a popular spot for climbers. You may get to see both at the same time! These ancient petroglyphs are easily visible and truly remarkable to behold.
