What should I do if I do not make it into the room block?

Answer

If for any reason you miss the deadline to reserve a room, please reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding to see if they can accommodate you.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

The ceremony, reception and hotel are all being held at the minerals hotel. If you book at a different location, unfortunately no transportation will be provided.

Is there parking available at your venue?

Answer

For guest staying at the mineral hotel or guest joining us for the wedding and leaving, there is free onsite parking.

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The reception will take place at Sweetgrass Pavilion which is covered so the party will go on rain or shine!

Can I take pictures of the bride walking down the aisle?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not take pictures of the bride walking down the aisle. You may however take pictures once the bride and groom are at the alter. We have fantastic photographers and videographers capturing our special moment and we would love to see your beautiful faces and not your phones.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The bride is Portuguese and the groom is Cuban, German and Irish... what do you think? YES!
