What date should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that your RSVPs be received no later than October 31, 2025, as we need to provide a final count to the venue by this deadline.

We kindly ask that you RSVP using the QR code on the invitation or going to the website. If completing it online isn’t an option, please feel free to contact the bride or groom directly to share your response.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’ve carefully planned our guest list, so we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing a plus one unless it has been specifically noted on your invitation. If you would like to bring someone, please reach out to the bride and groom before submitting your RSVP for approval. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

All guest may begin arriving at 4:30pm. The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm.

Can I bring kids?

Answer

Invitations will specify if children are invited. We’ve made arrangements for our family and friends to bring their children, and we kindly ask that you indicate on your RSVP how many children from your family will be attending. We’ll have kids' meals available, which will include chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, fruit, Hawaiian bread, a juice box, and an ice cream cup.

Is parking provided?

Answer

Parking is provided onsite at the venue, and complimentary valet parking will be available for all guests. Simply pull up to the designated area upon arrival, and the valet attendants will take care of your vehicle.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The reception will take place indoors in the air-conditioned reception barn, ensuring everyone stays comfortable while celebrating.

What is the dress code ?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/formal attire. Please note that a portion of the event, including the ceremony and cocktail hour, will take place outdoors. For guests planning to wear heels, we recommend opting for thicker, platform, or wedge styles to navigate the uneven terrain comfortably.

Are there any colors or styles that guests are preferred to wear?

Answer

We want you to feel comfortable and confident, so you are welcome to wear whatever color or pattern you prefer. The only request we have is that guests refrain from wearing the color white, as that will be reserved for the bride.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

Our reception will feature a Rodizio Style BBQ, offering a delicious selection of meats, including Picanha/Sirloin Steak, Chicken Breast wrapped in bacon, Brazilian Sausage, and Churrasco. The meal will be accompanied by a variety of vegetables, salads, and other delicious sides. Additionally, we’ll have four different types of butler-passed hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour, which will be specified closer to the date.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar offering a selection of beer, liquor, and wine, along with some signature cocktails created to celebrate the bride and groom. We ask that all guests be respectful and responsible for their own consumption and behavior. Please note that any guests who exhibit disrespectful or violent behavior will be asked to leave to ensure everyone enjoys the celebration.

Do you have a wedding registry?

We're looking forward to celebrating with you on our big day. Having you attend our wedding is the greatest gift of all, however, if you're looking for wedding gift ideas, see the registry tab for more information!. A wedding card box will also be available at our reception.
