What is the attire?

Summer Garden Formal: Floor-Length or Midi Dresses and Suits Note on Footwear: The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors on a grass lawn. We recommend choosing footwear suitable for grass, so you can move around comfortably. Our inspiration: Colors and floral prints

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttles will take guests from The Quail Lodge Lobby (hotel guests) or Quail Lodge Clubhouse (guests staying offsite) to and from the ceremony location. Please keep in mind that the ONLY way to get to the ceremony is via our shuttle service regardless of where you choose to stay. It's just a quick, 5-minute drive! The Reception will take place at the Quail Lodge Clubhouse. Guest rooms are about a 10 minute walk from the reception. Transportation will also be available for Quail Lodge hotel guests.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is no parking for the ceremony. Free parking will be available at the hotel (The Quail Lodge), as available. The shuttle service will take you to and from the ceremony location.

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

Please only RSVP for people specifically listed on your invite. We want a wedding with our closest people, and we are so glad that you are one of them! We appreciate your understanding

Answer

While we love everyone's kids, please limit guests only to those listed on your invitation. Thank you!

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Please put any dietary restrictions on your RSVP or under the reception section under the "schedule and attire" tab. We want to make sure everyone can enjoy their meal!
